Flower

Amy Lee Flower is a seasoned yoga and somatic movement teacher with over 20 years of devoted practice rooted in Kripalu Yoga. Since 2015, she has guided more than 100,000 individuals through breath-centered, body-wise practices that support nervous system regulation, self-compassion, and embodied presence. Her teaching blends mindful movement, somatic awareness, and science-based tools to help people feel more grounded, open, and connected—on and off the mat.

Amy’s classes are spaces for transformation—inviting students to explore the edge between strength and softness, structure and flow. Her guidance offers participants the opportunity to return to their bodies with curiosity and care, and to carry what they discover in practice into their everyday lives. Whether working with beginners or seasoned practitioners, she holds space with warmth, clarity, and deep respect for the inner journey.

In addition to her yoga teaching, Amy shares this work in schools and leadership spaces, including teaching 1,300 NYC principals in mindfulness and regulation. She also facilitates ceremonial cacao experiences, weaving together music, intuition, and ritual to support emotional integration and heart connection. No matter the setting, her mission is the same: to help people reconnect with their true selves and embody that alignment in the world.
