Anna
Anna discovered yoga while attending SUNY Brockport and completed her teacher training with Om Yoga in New York City in 2008. Since then, she has spent nearly two decades sharing yoga with students at every stage of life.
She believes yoga is one of the few disciplines that can evolve alongside us throughout our lives. It can be vigorous or restorative, challenging or comforting, communal or deeply personal. What serves us in one season may not be what we need in the next, and that flexibility is part of yoga’s enduring value.
At its heart, yoga isn’t about perfect poses or achievement. It’s about finding an approach that meets you where you are and continues to support you as life evolves.
