Gwen
Growing up as a dancer, Gwen’s favorite part of class was the warm-up. It was a quiet, unraveling space away from performance. She later realized that these movements were rooted in asanas, guiding her to yoga. On her mat, she plays to learn from the imperfect dance of breath and from the steps taken by those before her.
A 200-hour certified teacher and current 300-hour trainee, Gwen practices vinyasa, Hot 26 and slow flow. Her classes explore sacred dualities and the natural rhythms of change, guiding students to feel how endings often become new beginnings.
