Hi, I’m Natalie — owner of Milford Yoga
I received my Hatha Yoga certification in Bali, where I studied subtle body energies, yogic philosophy, and foundational postures. My second certification expanded into creative vinyasa sequencing and the anatomy of the human body, with a focus on the connection between movement, muscle structure, and philosophy.
In addition to my foundational trainings, I hold certifications in trauma-informed teaching, Kundalini Yoga, and Peer Support Services.
Through this combination of education and experience, I offer a balanced practice that honors spirituality and philosophy while integrating physical alignment, anatomy, mindfulness, and creativity.
I believe yoga was gifted to us as a way to connect — to ourselves, to one another, and to the energy that surrounds us. We practice to release what no longer serves us, to quiet the mind, and to return to a sense of peace and stability amidst the demands of everyday life.
I teach yoga to share the love and light that exists within all of us. My intention is to create a safe and supportive space where people feel seen, empowered, and inspired to reconnect with themselves. The light in me recognizes the light in you, and I hope to help you see it within yourself, too.
