“Is this online or in person?”Both ✨
The Yoga Teacher Training is taught live online by Yoga Farm Ithaca’s educators, and we host an in-person cohort at our studio at least once a week so you can learn, practice, and grow together in real time.
“Who is teaching?”Who teaches the training?
All curriculum, instruction, and certification are provided directly by Yoga Farm Ithaca, a nonprofit yoga school with experienced senior educators.
Our role as a partner studio is to offer space, community, and in-person support along the way.
“Do I register through the studio?”How do I sign up?
Students register directly through Yoga Farm Ithaca’s website and receive Yoga Farm Ithaca certification.
We’ll share a studio discount code you can use at checkout, plus details about joining our in-person cohort.
“Why train this way?”Why combine online training with in-person support?
Because learning is deeper in community.
You get the accessibility of online education with the accountability, connection, and shared practice of gathering in person.

Are there additional costs to participate in the in-person cohort?Yes. Your Yoga Farm Ithaca tuition is paid directly to YFI, while our studio charges a nominal in-person cohort fee / session for those attending weekly gatherings in our space.
Details will be shared before registration.
Why is there a studio hosting fee?The hosting fee supports the physical space, energy, and care required to hold an in-person learning container—while Yoga Farm Ithaca provides the curriculum, instruction, and certification online.
