Meet Natalie

Owner, Yogi YTT

Hi, I’m Natalie! Welcome to Milford Yoga.

I have been immersed in the practice of yoga for over two decades, beginning my journey at the age of 12. I became certified as a Hatha Yoga instructor in Bali, where I explored the subtlebody energies, yogic philosophy, and foundational poses. My second certification expanded into creative vinyasa sequencing and anatomy of the human body, focusing on the connection between muscle structure and philosophy. Through this combination of trainings I offer a balanced practice that focuses on spirituality and philosophy while integrating physical alignment, anatomy, and creativity.

I believe we were given the practice of yoga to connect. Connect with ourselves and the energy that surrounds us. I believe we practice to let go. To release all that does not serve us. We practice to find peace and stability when day to day life can steer the mind away.

I teach yoga to share the love in my heart that I have for those of us who need to ignite and have space held for them in light. Because the light in me recognizes the light in you, and I want to help you see it to.

Meet
Rebecca

Yogi YTT

Rebecca’s yogic journey began in 2011, blossoming into a deeply personal path of spiritual growth. She sees each day as a gift, filled with opportunities for connection and presence. In 2013, after completing a 200-hour teacher training, Rebecca realized teaching was her true calling. Her journey continued with a transformative 10-day Vipassana retreat, followed by a 6-week journey in Rishikesh, India, in 2015, where she completed a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training.

Through the integration of Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga, Rebecca found her true home. With over 500 hours of Ayurvedic training, she experienced profound healing, transforming her life with clarity, vibrancy, and inner peace. Now, her heart is dedicated to sharing these ancient teachings, guiding her students toward their own true health (Svastha).

Rebecca’s passion for both yoga and Ayurveda shines through in her classes, where she helps students connect with their hearts, find balance, and cultivate mindfulness. Teaching is her sacred calling, and she is committed to helping others live with joy, authenticity, and unwavering inner strength.

Meet Bonnie

Yogi YTT

Hi! I’m Bonnie. I originally found yoga to increase strength and flexibility. Over time I learned that yoga is much more. It’s about slowing down to connect to myself. Yoga helps us release our stress and we learn to practice self love, self compassion and self acceptance, which in turn allows us to practice love, compassion and acceptance of others. We all show up with different bodies, abilities and experiences, but through our practice we find connection. Please join me on the mat or chair and let me help you slow down, relax, accept and connect. Namaste

Meet
Zena

Yogi YTT

Zena is tained in Ayurvedic Study as well as Contact Beyond Contact movement. She embodies a natural approach to her yoga classes, moving with the natural rhythms of life as it unfolds.

You can expect each class to be unique, just as each day and moment of our lives is unique. Each class is designed to get students in touch with their inner and outer worlds, feeling into the elemental body of the seasons and nature in the outside and inner worlds. Students will be guided to move with the natural flow and energy of the day while strengthening, relaxing and grounding the mind, body, and soul.

Follow the rhythm of your heart and meet her on the mat.
All levels welcome.
