This is an intimate 15 person workshop held in the grotto located outside, behind the studio.

We hold the intention of each attendee receiving personal attention and healing.

Reiki promotes deep relaxation and harmony within the mind, body, and spirit.

Sound healing aligns the chakras through frequency and hydrates the Myofascia tissue, all while you lay in relaxation and release.

This mindful alignment significantly reduces stress hormones and regulates the nervous system. This combination of physical and spiritual healing will also help to create better sleep patterns.
