SUNDAY 1/18

This 75-minute community movement experience takes place on the first new moon of 2026—a moment that naturally invites beginnings, clarity, and intention. Not as something to manifest or force, but as something to ground into the bodyand allow to take root.

This is not a dance class in the traditional sense.
There is no choreography to follow, no steps to get right, and no expectation to perform.

Instead, this experience offers a supportive container to reconnect with your body through breath, somatic awareness, music, and intentional movement. The new moon becomes a backdrop—not the focus—inviting you to listen inward, slow down, and begin again from a place of embodiment rather than effort.

We’ll move through a thoughtfully guided progression that begins with grounding and nervous system settling, gently builds through breath-led activation, and opens into rhythmic, expressive movement that is entirely self-directed. Every invitation is optional. You are encouraged to move in ways that feel supportive, intuitive, and honest for your body.

Throughout the journey, we’ll explore:

  • Breath as a stabilizing anchor and internal guide

  • Simple somatic movements that build body awareness and trust

  • Rooted, rhythmic motion to support confidence and presence

  • Free-form expression as a way to move energy and emotion

  • Integration practices that help the body absorb the experience

You do not need to be a dancer. This is a space for people who want to feel more at home in their bodies and build an internal sense of safety and containment—especially during times of transition, change, or beginning again.

Music supports the experience without dictating it, offering rhythm, emotion, and spaciousness. While the experience is shared in community, all movement remains personal and autonomous, with no touching and no pressure to interact.

You’ll leave feeling more grounded, more connected, and more resourced—carrying a felt sense of rootedness into the days ahead.

Come as you are.
Begin where you are.
Let the body lead.
