Learn the Ancient Art of Tai Chi Gung for Health, Vitality, and Inner Peace:
A series of gentle and flowing, meditative movements done standing with simple breathing
technique, the Tai Chi Gung exercises help us consciously connect to the intrinsic energy of life
that moves within us and throughout nature, restoring inner balance and flow, promoting peace
and relaxation, and supporting greater vitality, strength, and health on all levels of being. Learn
this 3,300 year old practice as it was originally taught by Lao Tzu and passed down teacher to
student by the Darchen Lamasery in Tibet.
Tai Chi Gung is low impact and can be modified to suit physical ability.
Practice is done standing, no yoga mat needed.
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
